MY STORY<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I started my journey as a gamer<\/strong> (way back when), which eventually led me into the world of software development<\/strong>. Over time, that passion evolved into a career, supported by my studies at Charles University (MFF UK<\/strong>), where I earned a degree in Computer Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along the way, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to wear many hats\u2014developer<\/strong>, solution architect<\/strong>, team lead<\/strong>, engineering manager<\/strong>\u2014and now I find myself navigating the dual roles of CTO<\/strong> and CEO<\/strong>. Each step has been a learning experience, shaping how I approach challenges and refine my skills in designing systems<\/strong>, leading teams<\/strong>, and building a collaborative culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But this journey hasn\u2019t been all smooth sailing. Along the way, I\u2019ve faced my fair share of failures<\/strong>, missteps<\/strong>, and moments where ego got in the way<\/strong>. Each setback, however, has been a valuable teacher<\/strong>, reminding me that growth often comes from discomfort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These experiences aren\u2019t just titles\u2014they\u2019re lessons that continue to fuel my drive to grow<\/strong> and contribute<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
